When to contact us

Contact support for duplicate or erroneous charges, payment without access, material technical inability to use the paid service, or other cases under Kazakhstan law.

How to request

Write from the account email with date, amount, method, plan, transaction identifier if available, and reason. Never send a full card number, CVV/CVC, password or SMS code.

Review

We verify payment and plan usage and communicate the decision and next steps. Review and settlement timing depends on facts, law, the bank and provider.

An approved refund uses the original method where technically and legally possible. Partial service is considered under mandatory law.

Refusal of a discretionary refund does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
