1. Controller and data

The Provider is the controller. Account, profile, class and student details, work images, recognised text, review results, technical logs, support messages and limited payment metadata without full card details may be processed.

2. Purposes and grounds

Data is used to register users, operate and secure the Service, process uploaded work, support users and meet legal requirements. With separate consent, work data may be used to improve recognition. Declining that consent does not restrict access to the Service.

3. Children

AIQALAM is not intended for independent registration by young children. A teacher or organisation must have lawful authority and minimise child identifiers.

4. Recipients and international processing

To recognise and analyse written work, photos or portions of photos, recognised text and review context may be sent to external OCR and AI providers. If a work contains student information, that information may also be included in the data sent.

Hosting, monitoring, email, support and payment providers may process data needed for their services. Some providers may process data outside Kazakhstan.

5. Retention and security

Data is kept while needed for the stated purposes and mandatory requirements. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data; we will explain applicable exceptions and the outcome in our reply. We use safeguards and access restrictions.

6. Rights

Where provided by law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, consent withdrawal and processing information. An account deletion request can be sent in the app through Profile → “Удалить аккаунт” (Delete account). For other requests or if you cannot sign in, write to the email below; identity or authority verification may be required.

7. Cookies and changes

Necessary cookies and local storage may support sign-in, security, language and interface operation, with limited analytics where legally supported. Changes are published with a new version date.
