Account deletion
In the app, open Profile → “Удалить аккаунт” (Delete account) and send a request. If you cannot sign in, write from the account email address to the address below. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your data.
We will process the request within 30 calendar days. We will delete or de-identify the account and associated data, including your classes and work. Data that must be retained under law or an agreement with an educational organisation will be considered separately. We will tell you the outcome and any applicable exceptions.
