Public Offer

1. General

This document is the Provider’s public offer for AIQALAM services. Registration with acceptance and/or payment for a plan constitutes acceptance.

The Service analyses uploaded written work. Automated results are advisory; the user makes the decision.

2. Service and access

Teachers can create an account and verify their email themselves, without an administrator request. Creating an account does not by itself unlock work processing. Existing free pilot access retains its granted terms.

For a paid plan, the features, page allowance, period and price are shown before payment. One page is one page image accepted for processing. Paid access is activated only after server-side payment confirmation. Free pilot access continues under its previously granted terms. Unused paid allowance remains valid during the paid period unless stated otherwise at purchase.

3. Price and payment

Prices are stated in KZT. The final amount, plan and period are shown before payment and recorded in the confirmation.

Only payment methods enabled and displayed at purchase are available. A bank or provider processes payment; AIQALAM does not receive full card credentials.

A browser status does not unlock access; server confirmation is required.

4. Duties and children’s data

The Provider supplies paid access and applies reasonable safeguards. The user complies with law and third-party rights.

A user uploading children’s work confirms lawful educational authority, contract, guardian consent or another applicable basis.

5. Data and vendors

The Privacy Policy describes processing. Infrastructure, recognition and AI, monitoring, communications, support and payment vendors may be used. Available contractual, organisational and technical measures apply to processing abroad.

6. Refunds and liability

The Refund Terms explain requests. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights under Kazakhstan law.

The Service does not replace professional educational judgment and does not guarantee error-free analysis. New versions are published with their effective date.
