AIQALAMCreate an account and sign in
Open the AIQALAM website and choose “Создать аккаунт учителя”. Enter your name, email and password, and select a plan. Verify your email using the link in the message. No administrator request or role assignment is required: your account is a teacher account.
In the mobile app, fill in “Email” and “Пароль” and tap “Войти”. Use your full email address. If you already have an account or a valid invitation, you do not need to register again.
Prepare your class and students
Open “Классы”. Choose an existing class or tap “Создать класс”, enter its name and confirm. Use “Добавить ученика” to add students to the correct class.
Before reviewing work, make sure the correct student is selected: the work will be kept in that student’s history.
Add the pages of one piece of work
On “Главная”, tap “Новая проверка”, then “Выбрать ученика”. Select the class, student and appropriate “Предмет работы” (subject); some screens show “Язык работы” (language).
Tap “Сфотографировать” (take a photo) or “Из галереи” (choose from gallery). Add pages from one student’s work in order — up to 8 pages per submission. Before “Начать проверку”, inspect the photos, rotate them if needed and fix any marked quality issues.
Review the suggestions, not just the status
Open the submitted work in “Работы”. Photos, detected lines and initial remarks may appear while the rest of the processing is still underway.
Compare each remark with the photo. If it is not an error, choose “Не ошибка”. For incorrectly read text, use the available “Исправить”, “Исправить строку” or “Уточнить чтение” action. Uncertain AI reading does not by itself mean the student made an error.
Finish the review and revisit the result
When the relevant buttons are available, confirm reviewed pages with “Подтвердить страницу”, then finish the work with “Завершить проверку”. Compact labels may be “Подтвердить” and “Завершить”.
Look for “Проверка сохранена” (review saved). Reopen the work through “Работы” or “Классы” → student → “Работы ученика”. The teacher determines the grade and final conclusion.
A photo with readable text
Check the image before submitting to avoid having to take it again.
- Keep the whole sheet and all text in the frame.
- Use even light without hand shadows or glare.
- Keep the image sharp: zoom in and check that the lines are readable.
- Keep pages in order and from the same student.
If something goes wrong
“Введите корректный email” (enter a valid email)
Enter the full address from your invitation, check the @ sign and remove extra spaces. A school login also requires the full address ending in @aiqalam.kz, not a school number.
The verification email has not arrived
Check your Spam folder and email address. On the website choose “Отправить письмо повторно”. After verification, select “Я подтвердил, войти”.
The password does not work
Check the keyboard language and letter case. For a personal email, use “Забыли пароль?” if available. For a school login, ask the person who issued it about restoring access.
Upload or processing was interrupted
Check your internet connection and open the same work. If available, use “Повторить отправку” to retry uploading photos or “Повторить проверку” to retry processing. If some pages have already been accepted, continue that submission instead of creating the same work again.
A photo or text was not read correctly
Before submitting, use “Переснять” or “Заменить фото” to fix the marked images. In the results, first compare the line with the original, then clarify its reading or edit the text using the available action.
Access and payments
You can register and choose a plan yourself on the website. Work review becomes available after confirmed payment for the selected package. Online payments are still being connected; existing pilot terms remain in place.
