Public Offer

Effective from January 1, 2026

1. General provisions

1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter — the "Offer") is an official proposal by AI-Bilim Laboratory LLP (hereinafter — the "Provider"), BIN 251240002175, addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the "Customer"), to enter into an agreement on the terms set out in this Offer.

1.2. Acceptance of the Offer is the Customer's registration on the QALAM platform (aiqalam.kz) and/or payment for services.

1.3. The Offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Provider gives the Customer access to the QALAM AI platform for automated grading of students' handwritten work (hereinafter — the "Service").

2.2. The Service includes:

• Recognition of handwritten text in Kazakh and Russian
• Automatic error detection (spelling, grammar, punctuation)
• Tools for annotating and grading notebooks
• Student performance analytics
• Telegram notifications

3. Price and payment

3.1. The Service is provided on a credit model. Credit prices are listed at aiqalam.kz.

3.2. The free tier includes 50 checks per month.

3.3. Payment is made via Kaspi Pay, bank cards, or by bank transfer for legal entities.

3.4. All prices are in tenge (₸) and include VAT.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

4.1. The Provider shall:

• Maintain Service uptime of 99.5%
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of the Customer's data
• Provide technical support

4.2. The Customer shall:

• Not infringe the Provider's intellectual property rights
• Not use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Pay for the services on time

5. Confidentiality and personal data

5.1. The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Its Protection" of May 21, 2013.

5.2. Notebook photos and grading results are stored on servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan and deleted upon the Customer's request.

5.3. The Provider does not share data with third parties without the Customer's consent.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. The QALAM platform, including the handwriting recognition neural network model, software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AI-Bilim Laboratory LLP and is protected by a patent of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6.2. The Customer receives a non-exclusive license to use the Service under the terms of this Offer.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. Automated grading results are advisory. The final grade is determined by the teacher.

7.2. The Provider is not liable for decisions made based on the Service's results.

8. Term and termination

8.1. The Offer becomes effective upon acceptance and is open-ended.

8.2. Either party may terminate the agreement by giving the other party 30 days' notice.

8.3. Upon termination, unused credits are non-refundable, except in cases provided for by the laws of Kazakhstan.
